設定（iOSショートカットのオートメーション）がうまくいかない場合は、アプリ内の「設定」タブ→対象アプリの「設定方法を見る」からいつでもガイドを再表示できます。
プライバシーポリシー
1. 本アプリが記録する情報
本アプリは、あなたがSNSアプリを開こうとした際に選択した理由（例:「暇つぶし」「なんとなく」「仕事で」「調べ物」）と、その日時を記録します。
これらの記録は、すべてお使いの端末（iPhone）の中だけに保存されます。 開発者を含む第三者のサーバーへ送信されることは一切ありません。アカウント登録やログインも不要です。
アプリを削除すると、これらの記録もすべて端末から削除されます。
2. 広告について
本アプリは、Google社の広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用して広告を表示しています。
本アプリの初回起動時に、「トラッキングの許可」（App Tracking Transparency）を確認するダイアログが表示されます。
- 許可した場合: 広告ID等の情報をもとに、興味・関心に合わせた広告（パーソナライズ広告）が表示されることがあります
- 許可しなかった場合: パーソナライズされない広告のみが表示されます（この場合でも広告自体は表示されます）
AdMobを通じて収集される情報の詳しい扱いについては、Google社のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
3. 通知について
本アプリは、週次レポートをお知らせするため、端末内でのローカル通知を使用します。この通知は端末内で完結しており、外部への情報送信は伴いません。
4. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象に設計されたものではなく、意図的に13歳未満のお子様から個人情報を収集することはありません。
5. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更やアプリの機能追加に応じて、予告なく変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上でお知らせします。

Privacy Policy
1. Information the App Records
The App records the reason you select each time you open a supported social media app (e.g. "Killing time," "No particular reason," "For work," "Looking something up"), along with the date and time.
All of these records are stored only on your own device. They are never transmitted to the Developer or to any third-party server. No account or sign-in is required to use the App.
If you delete the App, all of these records are deleted from your device as well.
2. Advertising
The App uses Google's advertising service, Google AdMob, to display ads.
On first launch, the App will ask for App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission.
- If you allow tracking: personalized ads may be shown based on your advertising identifier.
- If you decline: only non-personalized ads will be shown (ads will still appear either way).

3. Notifications
The App uses local, on-device notifications to let you know your weekly report is ready. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and involve no external data transmission.
4. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
5. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect legal changes or new app features. Material changes will be posted on this page.
